Privacy Policy
Who we are
Frontier Cloud Services, LLC, a company organized in Michigan, USA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this website (the “Site”) and related web and mobile applications (the “Apps”). You can reach us at [email protected].
Summary
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not collect telemetry or analytics on the Site.
- If personal data reaches our servers (for example, through account creation or a contact form), we use it only to provide the service and communicate with you.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, password or single sign-on identifiers (e.g., Google Sign-In), and basic profile details you choose to provide.
- Contact form messages: the information you submit (name, email, message), together with your IP address and the time of submission, which are included in the message delivered to our own mailbox. We use it only to respond and support you. A one-way hash of your IP address is also stored on our server for up to 10 minutes purely to rate-limit submissions, and is then discarded.
- Essential technical data: limited server logs (IP address, date/time, URL, user-agent) required to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use this for profiling or advertising.
What we do not collect
- No analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.
- No sale or rental of personal information.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies—primarily for authentication (if you log in) and to maintain basic session state. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Third-party services and data flows
We keep third-party use minimal and purpose-limited:
- Hosting, infrastructure, & email: We may share information with service providers who host our servers, send emails, or provide authentication services.
- Content delivery & security (Cloudflare): This Site is served through Cloudflare, Inc., which processes Site traffic on our behalf in order to deliver and protect the Site. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (such as
__cf_bm) for bot management. These are not used for advertising or profiling. - Cloudflare Turnstile (contact form): The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that submissions are genuine. Your browser loads a script from
challenges.cloudflare.comand sends Cloudflare limited technical signals about the browser and your interaction with the form in order to complete that check. Turnstile is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. - Authentication (optional): Google Sign-In — if you choose to log in with Google, Google processes your sign-in per their policies. We receive only basic identity info necessary to create or authenticate your account.
- Maps (administrators and enhanced-tier accounts only): Map search is not available to general Site visitors or standard account holders, and nothing is sent to Google Maps on their behalf. Where an administrator or enhanced-tier user runs a map search, the search query is sent from our servers to Google Maps to retrieve results. Your browser does not connect to Google directly, we do not load map tiles from Google, and we do not send your account details or IP address with the query. If you are an administrator or enhanced-tier user (requires special login), please avoid entering information in a map search that you would not want shared with Google.
Service providers are contractually limited to using information only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.
Mobile apps
- Microphone: Some App features may request microphone permission. Audio is processed on-device; recordings or transcriptions are not transmitted to us unless you explicitly choose to share them in a future feature.
- Accounts: As we add accounts to the Apps, we will process basic identity/authentication data (e.g., email, password or Google Sign-In).
- Maps (administrators and enhanced-tier accounts only): Map search in the Apps is limited to administrators and enhanced-tier accounts; it is not available to other users, and nothing is sent to Google Maps on their behalf. Where it is available, the search query is sent from our servers to Google Maps to retrieve results; the Apps do not load map tiles from Google.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Apps.
- To create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide requested features.
- To communicate with you about your requests, account, and service updates.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers listed above to operate the service, with your direction (for example, when you connect Google Sign-In), or as required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Data retention
- Account data: kept while your account is active; deleted or de-identified within 90 days unless we must keep it longer to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months for support and recordkeeping, then deleted or anonymized.
- Server logs: retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular updates). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect information against unauthorized access and misuse.
